Summary: | To provide an inspection method for an attenuation mechanism that can ensure quality of a product.SOLUTION: Since a cylinder upper chamber 203A of a cylinder for inspection 203 is sealed with a split jig 205 separable in a radial direction of a piston rod 141, the piston rod 141 cannot be slid against an oil seal 134 being a product during inspection. Thus, risks can be avoided that damage is made to or foreign substances are attached to the piston rod 141 and the oil seal 134 and a trouble such as oil leakage after assembly to the product can be suppressed, and the quality and reliability of the product can be enhanced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】製品の品質を確保することが可能な減衰機構の検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】ピストンロッド141の径方向へ分離可能な割り治具205により検査用シリンダ203のシリンダ上室203Aを密封したので、検査時にピストンロッド141を製品のオイルシール134に対して摺動させることがない。これにより、ピストンロッド141やオイルシール134に傷が付いたり、異物が付着するリスクが回避され、製品への組付け後のオイル漏れ等の不具合を抑止することが可能であり、製品の品質及び信頼性を向上させることができる。【選択図】図6 |
