To provide a stepping tool capable of contributing to health care and solving lack of exercise by effectively stimulating various acupressure points scattered in the foot sole when a user steps on a waveform surface formed by a short pitch corrugated sheet, upper and lower circular members, and a channel.SOLUTION: A commercially available short pitch corrugated sheet 1 is formed in any quadrangle shape, upper circular member 2 is installed over the entire width in a trough part of the corrugated sheet, the upper circular member 2 having a dimension equal to or lower than a height of a crest part, both sides of the short pitch corrugated sheet 1 and the upper circular member 2 are inserted into a channel, and thereby right and left vertical frames 3, 4 are obtained. Upper and lower parts of the formed short pitch corrugated sheet 1 are crest parts, and a lower circular member 5 is installed over the entire width in a lower surface trough part, the lower circular member 5 having a dimension equal to a depth of the trough part. The lower circular member 5 is inserted in a similar manner. Upper and lower parts of end surfaces of the right and left vertical frames 3, 4 are entirely fixed by being coupled to the inserted lower circular member 5 using a small screw 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】小波波板と上下丸形材とチャンネルで構成する波形面で足踏みを行うことにより、足の裏に点在している各種のツボを効果的に刺激して健康管理に寄与すると共に運動不足が解消出来る足踏み器具を提供する。【解決手段】市販の小波波板１を任意の四角形に成形し、波板の谷部分に山の高さと同等又は以下寸法の上丸形材２を全幅に設置し、チャンネルに小波波板１と上丸形材２の両側を挿入して左右縦枠３，４とする。成形した小波波板１上下は山部分として下面谷部分には全幅に谷の深さと同等寸法の下丸形材５を設け同じく挿入する。左右縦枠３，４端面上下は挿入した下丸形材５に小ネジ６で連結して全体を固定する。【選択図】図２
