Abstract | To provide a liquid-cooled battery module in which a tube liquid-cooling effect is generated between cells, and a battery module obtains a function of quick and effective temperature regulation and temperature uniformity.SOLUTION: A liquid-cooled battery module 1 includes a collector, a cell liquid cooling bar 10, a plurality of cells 4, a base 20, a top lid 30, and a plurality of copper bars 31. A cell liquid cooling bar 10 includes a plurality of multiport extruded tubes 11 arranged in parallel at regular intervals. The multiport extruded tubes 11 are each connected to the first side of the collector. The collector and the space inside the multiport extruded tube 11 communicate with each other to form a coolant flow space. The collector includes an adapter on the second side opposite the first side. The adapter communicates with the coolant flow space. The cells 4 are respectively positioned between the multiport extruded tubes 11, and the cells 4 and the multiport extruded tubes 11 are arranged in parallel and alternately.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
