Summary:To provide: a collection system of undersea resources capable of efficiently collecting undersea resources contained in submerged soil; and a collection method.SOLUTION: A suction-collection pipe 2 is installed extending toward an underwater ground B from above a water, and at least a bottom part of an insertion tube 3 connected to a bottom of the suction-collection pipe 2 is inserted into the underwater ground B. Then, while a liquid L is supplied into the insertion tube 3, a rotary shaft 4 extending in a tube axial direction inside the suction-collection pipe 2 and the insertion tube 3 is rotated, in a state that axis runout suppressing means 9 placed inside the insertion tube 3 suppresses axis runout of the rotary shaft 4, stirring blades 6 attached to a bottom of the rotary shaft 4 are rotated inside the insertion tube 3, to excavate and dissolve mud S inside the insertion tube 3. Then, the mud S dissolved into a slurry is raised to a top of the insertion tube 3, and the raised slurry-like mud S is lifted to above the water through the suction-collection pipe 2 by lifting means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】水底地盤の泥土に含有されている水底資源を効率的に採取できる水底資源の採取システムおよび採取方法を提供する。【解決手段】水上から水底地盤Bへ向けて揚収管2を延設し、揚収管2の下部に接続している挿入管3の少なくとも下部を水底地盤Bに挿入する。次いで、挿入管3の内部に液体Lを供給するとともに、揚収管2および挿入管3の内部を管軸方向に延在している回転軸4を回転させつつ、挿入管3の内部に配置した軸ブレ抑制手段9により回転軸4の軸ブレを抑制した状態で、回転軸4の下部に取付けられている撹拌翼6を挿入管3の内部で回転させることにより、挿入管3の内部の泥土Sを掘削して解泥する。そして、その解泥によってスラリー状にした泥土Sを挿入管3の上部へ上昇させ、その上昇させたスラリー状の泥土Sを揚収手段により揚収管2を通じて水上に揚収する。【選択図】図1
