Abstract To provide a seal structure and a seal material capable of improving the radical resistance of the seal material.SOLUTION: A seal structure 1 is equipped with one material 20 that has a first seal surface 22, an annular seal groove 40 provided on the first seal surface 22, a seal material 10 installed in the seal groove 40, and the other material 20 that is oppositely disposed on the one material 20 and has a second seal surface 32 abutting on the seal material 10 to configure the seal structure. The seal material 10 includes a first seal material 11, and a second seal material 12 more elastic than the first seal material 11.
