Summary:To suppress leakage of water from a ventilation device.SOLUTION: A ventilation system 10 includes a ventilation device 11, a first temperature sensor 38, a second temperature sensor 39 and a ventilation controller 36. The ventilation device 11 includes a heat exchanger 32, an air supply passage 47, an air exhaust passage 46, an air supply fan 34 and an air exhaust fan 33. The ventilation controller 36 can execute a first mode of operating the air supply fan 34 and the air exhaust fan 33, a second mode of causing the air supply fan 34 to stop, perform an intermittent operation or perform a weak operation, or a third mode of causing the air exhaust fan 33 to stop, perform an intermittent operation or perform a weak operation.
