Abstract To provide a manufacturing method of a fusion material, which reduces an environmental load and a raw material cost, capable of manufacturing a material uniform in an environmentally friendly component, by heightening a ratio of a biomass material, without requiring an additive, a manufacturing apparatus of a fusion material, and a fusion material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a fusion material comprises: a mixing step in which at least one kind of an inorganic material or a biomass material and at least one kind of plastic materials are mixed by rotating blades 10 and a screw 12 in a mixing container 3 by a motor 2; a melting step in which the blade 10 and the screw 12 are rotated at the number of rotations higher than the number of rotations in the mixing step; and a fusion step of subsequently driving the motor 2 to rotate a rotation shaft 5, the blade 10, and the screw 12 to promote a reaction of the material, in which the mixing step, the melting step, and the fusion step are performed as a series of steps.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】添加剤を必要とせず、バイオマス材料の比率を高くし、環境に優しい成分が均一な材料を製造でき、環境負荷や原料コストを低減する融合材料の製造方法、融合材料の製造装置、及び、融合材料を提供する。【解決手段】モータ2によって、混合容器3内で羽根10及びスクリュー12を回転させて、無機材料又はバイオマス材料のうち少なくとも1種類、並びに、少なくとも1種類のプラスチック材料を混合する混合工程と、混合工程での回転数よりも高い回転数で羽根10及びスクリュー12を回転させる溶融工程と、引き続き、モータ2を駆動し、回転軸5、羽根10、及び、スクリュー12を回転させ、材料の反応を進ませる融合工程と、を有し、混合工程、溶融工程、及び、融合工程を一連の一工程として行う。【選択図】図2
