Summary:To provide an oily cleanser having excellent stability immediately after production and temporal stability and excellent usability such as lack of sliminess and good make-up removability.SOLUTION: There is provided an oily cleanser which comprises the following components (A) to (E): (A) isostearic acid and/or oleic acid, (B) sodium hydroxide and/or triethanolamine, (C) an oil agent which is liquid at 25°C (D) 1 to 3 mass% of water, (E) a nonionic surfactant which is liquid at 25°C and has an HLB of 7 to 12, where a value obtained by weight-averaging an IOB value of each of the component (C) contained based on the content mass ratio is more than 0.05 and less than 0.3.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】製造直後の安定性及び経時安定性に優れ、ぬるつきの無さやメイク落ちのよさといった使用性にも優れる油性洗浄料を提供する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）～（Ｅ）；（Ａ）イソステアリン酸及び／又はオレイン酸（Ｂ）水酸化カリウム及び／又はトリエタノールアミン（Ｃ）２５℃において液状の油剤（Ｄ）水１～３質量％（Ｅ）ＨＬＢが７～１２である２５℃で液状の非イオン性界面活性剤を含有し、含有される成分（Ｃ）の個々のＩＯＢ値を含有質量比率に基づいて加重平均して求めた値が、０．０５を超え０．３未満である油性洗浄料。【選択図】なし
