Abstract | To provide an enzyme composition having reduced adsorptivity on cellulose-containing biomass.SOLUTION: An enzyme composition contains unused cellulase having the enzymatic activity of decomposing p-nitrophenyl-β-lactopyranoside, lignin and water.
