Summary:To provide a system, an information providing device, a program, and an information providing method that reliably prevent irradiating a territory of a country not covered by a service with a beam of a flying body when the flying body provides a wireless communication service near the border of a country covered by the service.SOLUTION: In a system 10 including an information providing device 300 and a flying body 100 loaded with a control device 150 that forms a wireless communication area by radiating a beam and provides a wireless communication service to a user terminal 400 in the wireless communication area, the information providing device irradiates the flying body with a radio wave containing a response signal to the beam when a frequency of the beam received from the flying body is in a predetermined frequency band. The control device receives the radiated radio wave, determines whether there is an area not covered by the service within the wireless communication area on the basis of the response signal contained in the received radio wave, and when there is an area not covered by the service, controls the flying body so that the area not covered is not irradiated with the beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】飛行体がサービス対象国の国境周辺で無線通信サービスを提供している場合に、飛行体のビームがサービス対象外の国の領土に照射されることを確実に防ぐシステム、情報提供装置、プログラム及び情報提供方法を提供する。【解決手段】情報提供装置３００と、ビームを照射することによって無線通信エリアを形成して無線通信エリア内のユーザ端末４００に無線通信サービスを提供する制御装置１５０を搭載する飛行体１００とを備えるシステム１０において、、情報提供装置は、飛行体から受信したビームの周波数が予め定められた周波数帯域である場合、ビームに対する応答信号を含む電波を飛行体に照射する。制御装置は、照射された電波を受信し、受信した電波に含まれる応答信号に基づいて、無線通信エリア内にサービスの対象外エリアが存在するか否かを判定し、対象外エリアが存在する場合、ビームが対象外エリアに照射されないよう飛行体を制御する。【選択図】図１
