Summary:To enable sensing data to be transmitted in association with unique identification information of a person under measurement, without entailing increase in the cost of the sensing device or incurring a burden of expense on the person under measurement.SOLUTION: An information communication terminal is configured to read an information code, which is obtained by encoding at least address information of a sensing device. On the basis of the address information represented by the information code, notification information at least containing unique identification information of a person under measurement is transmitted to the sensing device.
