Abstract | To provide an oil-in-water drop type emulsified product having high stability even if an oily raw material is blended in a large amount.SOLUTION: There is provided an oil-in-water drop type emulsified product which comprises (a) a water-soluble polymer containing a sugar chain, (b) a nonionic surfactant and/or an amphoteric surfactant, (c) an oily raw material and (d) water. The present invention can obtain an oil-in-water drop type emulsified product having high emulsion stability even if an oily raw material is bended in a large amount. In addition, the present invention can obtain an oil-in-water drop type emulsified product which has less viscosity reduction even if a base is blended and has high viscosity stability.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
