Abstract To provide a vibration suppression structure of an engine which can reliably suppress vibration of a roll balancer and an output shaft of the engine.SOLUTION: A vibration suppression structure of an engine is provided with: a first gear 32 which rotates integrally with an output shaft 18; and a roll balancer 40 which is connected to the output shaft 18 through the first gear 32 and rotates in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the output shaft 18. The roll balancer 40 is provided with: a body part 43; and a second gear 42 which engages with the first gear 32. A diameter of the body part 43 is set so as to be larger than a diameter of the second gear 42.
