To provide a heat-proof plate which prevents cracking, falling, and displacement etc. of a non-combustible material to maintain functions as the heat-proof plate and properly achieves heat-insulating effect for a wall surface.SOLUTION: A heat-proof plate 1 is installed on a wall surface 3 around a cooking stove 2, and a sheet metal member 6 is attached to a rear surface of a metallic front plate 5 so as to arrange a plate-like non-combustible material 7 between the front plate 5 and the sheet metal member 6. The sheet metal member 6 and the non-combustible material 7 have outer shape sizes smaller than that of the front plate 5. The sheet metal member 6 is formed in a box shape for enclosing and holding the non-combustible material 7. Further, the sheet metal member 6 is spaced inward from an outer peripheral edge of the front plate 5, attached to the rear surface of the front plate 5, and has a space region 8 between the outer peripheral edge of the front plate 5 and an outer peripheral edge of the sheet metal member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】不燃材の割れや落下や位置ずれ等を防止して防熱板としての機能を維持でき、壁面に対する防熱効果が適切に発揮される防熱板を提供する。【解決手段】防熱板１は、コンロ２周辺の壁面３に設置されるものであり、金属製の前板５の裏面にプレート状の不燃材７を前板５との間に配置する板金部材６が取り付けられている。板金部材６及び不燃材７は、前板５よりも小さい外形サイズである。板金部材６は、不燃材７を囲って保持する箱状に形成され、且つ、前板５の外周縁から内側に離れて前板５の裏面に取り付けられ、前板５の外周縁と板金部材６の外周縁との間に空間領域８を有する構成とする。【選択図】図３
