Summary:To provide a blood viscosity measuring device for easily measuring viscosity of blood flowing through a blood vessel at a measurement part of a person to be measured in a noninvasive manner.SOLUTION: A blood viscosity measuring device includes: light projection and reception unit 1 having at least three pairs of light projection parts and light reception parts suitable for facing each other with a measurement part through which the light of a person to be measured is transmitted sandwiched in-between; transmitted light intensity measuring means 2 for measuring the intensity of transmitted light of three kinds of wavelengths emitted from each light projection part of the at least three pairs of light projection parts and light reception parts of the light projection and reception unit, transmitted through the measurement part, and received by the light reception part by a signal from the light reception part; and blood viscosity output means for measuring the intensity of light absorption by hemoglobin in a blood vessel of the person to be measured, the intensity of light absorption by in-vivo water of the person to be measured, and the intensity of light scattering by a biological tissue of the person to be measured from the intensity of the transmitted light of three kinds of wavelengths, obtaining a blood hematocrit value of the blood in the blood vessel of the person to be measured by calculation on the basis of those intensities, and obtaining and outputting the blood viscosity from the relationships between the hematocrit value and the blood viscosity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】被測定者の測定箇所の血管内を流れる血液の粘度を非侵襲で簡易に測定する血液粘度測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】被測定者の光が透過する測定箇所を間に挟んで互いに対向するのに適した投光部および受光部の組を少なくとも3組有する投受光ユニット1と、投受光ユニットの少なくとも3組の投光部および受光部の各々の投光部から出て測定箇所を透過し受光部で受光した3種類の波長の透過光の強さを受光部からの信号によって計測する透過光強さ計測手段2と、3種類の波長の透過光の強さから、被測定者の血管中のヘモグロビンによる光の吸収の強さと、被測定者の生体内の水による光の吸収の強さと、被測定者の生体組織による光の散乱の強さとをそれぞれ測定し、それらの強さに基づき被測定者の血管中の血液のヘマトクリット値を演算で求め、ヘマトクリット値と血液粘度との関連から血液粘度を求めて出力する血液粘度測定装置である。【選択図】図1
