Abstract To provide a wireless communication device with DFS function that can shorten a period during which wireless communication is not performed as much as possible.SOLUTION: A wireless device 10 (wireless communication device) includes: a communication unit 11 that transmits a first signal using a first channel, monitors a radar wave of the same frequency as the first channel, and stops transmitting the first signal using the first channel when the radar wave is detected; and a communication unit 12 that transmits a second signal using a second channel in parallel with wireless communication by the communication unit 11, monitors a radar wave of the same frequency as the second channel, and stops transmitting the second signal using the second channel when the radar wave is detected.
