Abstract To provide a solid electrolyte sensor capable of raising the temperature of a sensor element formed of a solid electrolyte to a high temperature and preventing the sensor element from becoming large as a whole.SOLUTION: The solid electrolyte sensor 1 includes: a sensor element 10 formed into a bottomed tube with solid electrolyte; a tubular casing 50 that holds the sensor element from the outside, and by which a first space 11 communicated with an internal space of the sensor element is separated from a second space 12; a first electrode 21 provided on a surface of the sensor element in contact with the first space; a second electrode 22 provided on a surface in contact with the second space; a heater 30 inserted in the internal space of the sensor element; and an insulation material 35 filled in the space between the sensor element and the tubular casing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】固体電解質で形成されたセンサ素子の温度を高温まで昇温させることができると共に、全体として大型化することを防止することができる固体電解質センサを提供する。【解決手段】固体電解質センサ1の構成を、固体電解質で有底筒状に形成されたセンサ素子10と、センサ素子を外側から保持しセンサ素子の内部空間と連通する第一空間11を第二空間12と区画している筒状ケーシング50と、センサ素子において第一空間に接している表面に設けられた第一電極21及び第二空間に接している表面に設けられた第二電極22と、センサ素子の内部空間に挿入されたヒータ30と、センサ素子と筒状ケーシングとの間の空間に充填された断熱材35と、を具備する構成とする。【選択図】図1
