Abstract | To provide a creation suppression device of a high-melting point piping blockage substance which promotes the hydrolysis of an isocyanic acid and a cyanic acid, and reduces a creation amount of a cyanuric acid, and a method therefor.SOLUTION: In a creation suppression device of a high-melting point piping blockage substance, a urea water supply pipe 6 for supplying compressed air and urea water is inserted into piping in which an exhaust gas flows, a urea water spray nozzle 7 is connected to the vicinity of a tip of the urea water supply pipe 6, a mixture part 8 in which the exhaust gas flowing in the piping and sprayed urea water sprayed from the urea water spray nozzle 7 are mixed is arranged, a metal sheet 9 is peripherally entirely or partially formed at an inner wall face of the piping at a periphery of the mixture part 8 in a band shape, and a hydrolysis catalyst layer 10 for promoting the hydrolysis of urea is formed on an inner face of the metal sheet 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
