To provide a lighting device and an illumination fixture with which unnatural changes of a color of illuminated light during dimming control and toning control are suppressed.SOLUTION: There is provided a lighting device comprising: a first conversion circuit that enables dimming control of a first light source; a second conversion circuit that enables dimming control of a second light source; and a control unit for accepting input of a dimming signal that includes a first signal that represents a dimming degree of the first light source and a second signal that represents a dimming degree of the second light source, and exercising the dimming control and toning control of the light radiated from a light source unit having the first and the second light sources according to the dimming signal. When simultaneously performing the dimming control of the first light source and the dimming control of the second light source, the control unit sets a duration from the start of dimming to the end of dimming of the first light source to a prescribed duration and sets a duration from the start of dimming to the end of dimming of the second light source to a prescribed duration even when an amount of change of the dimming degree of the first light source and an amount of change of the dimming degree of the second light source are different.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】調光制御及び調色制御の際の、照射する光の色の不自然な変化を抑制した点灯装置及び照明器具を提供する。【解決手段】第１光源の調光制御を可能にする第１変換回路と、第２光源の調光制御を可能にする第２変換回路と、第１光源の調光度を表す第１信号と、第２光源の調光度を表す第２信号と、を含む調光信号の入力を受け、調光信号に応じて、第１光源及び第２光源を有する光源部から照射される光の調光制御及び調色制御を行う制御部と、を備え、制御部は、第１光源の調光制御と第２光源の調光制御とを同時に行う際に、第１光源の調光度の変化量と第２光源の調光度の変化量とが異なる場合においても、第１光源の調光開始から調光終了までの時間を所定時間とするとともに、第２光源の調光開始から調光終了までの時間を所定時間とすることを特徴とする点灯装置が提供される。【選択図】図１
