Summary:To provide: a secondary battery which exhibits excellent charge/discharge efficiency and discharge capacity; a battery pack including the secondary battery; and a vehicle and a stationary power supply which include the battery pack.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, there is provided a secondary battery including a negative electrode containing a titanium-containing oxide, a positive electrode, a separator located between the negative electrode and the positive electrode, a first aqueous electrolyte, a second aqueous electrolyte and a third aqueous electrolyte. The first aqueous electrolyte is held by the negative electrode and contains 0.001 mass% or more and 0.5 mass% or less of zinc ions. The second aqueous electrolyte is held by the separator and contains 1 mass% or more and 5 mass% or less of a first compound having a hydrophobic part and a hydrophilic part.
