To provide a load receiving table lifting device which can inhibit a load receiving table from flapping due to swinging occurring when a vehicle travels.SOLUTION: A load receiving table lifting device includes: a load receiving table 2 on which loads are placed; a lifting mechanism B which moves up or down the load receiving table 2; a load receiving table support part C which supports the load receiving table 2 in a manner that the load receiving table 2 may rotate relative to the lifting mechanism B between a closing attitude at which the load receiving table 2 closes an opening 3 formed at a rear end part of a loading platform 1 and an open attitude at which the load receiving table 2 opens the opening 3; and biasing means which biases the load receiving table 2 in a direction such that the load receiving table 2 is closed.
