Summary:To provide an image forming apparatus that can prevent waste toner from leaking in a configuration in which a toner cartridge having a toner storage unit is attached to a developing device that is movable with respect to a photoconductor drum.SOLUTION: In an image forming apparatus 1, a drum cartridge 4 has a photoconductor drum 41, a developing device 43, a drum cleaner 47, a waste toner tube 49, and a flange 423. The waste toner tube 49 has a first end 491 that is communicated with the drum cleaning 47, and a second end 492 that is connected with the flange 423. The developing device 43 includes a projecting portion 43251 that faces the flange 423. A cushion member 9 is located between the flange 423 and the projecting portion 43251.
