Abstract | To provide a gate voltage regulation device and a gate voltage regulation method that can realize miniaturization and cost reduction even when gate voltages of a plurality of amplification elements are adjusted.SOLUTION: A gate voltage regulation device includes a plurality of amplification elements, a control unit that controls a gate voltage applied to each of the plurality of amplification elements, a plurality of current detection elements that are provided between a power supply that applies drain voltages to the plurality of amplification elements and the drain electrodes of the plurality of amplification elements, respectively, and output a voltage signal on the basis of the drain current of the corresponding amplification elements, an operational amplifier that amplifies the voltage signal output from the connected current detection element and inputs it to the control unit, and a switching unit that switches the current detection element connected to the operational amplifier. The control unit determines the gate voltage to be applied to the amplification element on the basis of the input voltage signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
