Abstract | To achieve proper feed control by obtaining accurate rotation information by a rotary encoder without a risk of disconnection at a low cost.SOLUTION: An automatic feeder 1 includes: a coupling member 8 which couples a member 6c on an output side of an electromagnetic clutch 6 with an output reduction gear 7; a rotary encoder 20 which acquires rotation information on the coupling member 8; and a control section which calculates feed amount of a drilling working machine on the basis of an output signal of the rotary encoder 20 and controls a motor 2 for feed so as to have preset feed amount. The rotary encoder 20 has a section to be detected which is provided in the coupling member 8 and a sensor 20b which is disposed in a casing 9 and detects the section to be detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
