To provide an electric field generation panel which does not require correction or exchange by breakage of a protective sheet and is capable of suppressing moisture infiltration inside.SOLUTION: An electric field generation panel 1 has: a panel assembly 3 which is integrally provided with a flat electrode 5 to which voltage is applied to generate an electric field and a pair of hard vinyl chloride plates 9, 10 that are provided on the right and the back of the flat electrode 5 and cover the whole flat electrode 5; a frame 4 which is provided with recesses 18, 19 where edge parts 3a, 3b of the panel assembly 3 are inserted and encircles the panel assembly 3; a sealing part 23 sealing gaps 22, 24 formed between the edge parts 3a, 3b and the recesses 18, 19 on the surface side of the panel assembly 3; a sealing part 28 that seals gaps 27, 29 formed between the edge parts 3a, 3b and the recesses 18, 19 on the rear side of the panel assembly 3; and an engagement part 33 engaging a rail 2 provided for the frame 4 and fixed at an installation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 保護シートの破損による補修や交換が不要で、内部への水分の浸透を抑制することができる電界発生パネルを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明に係る電界発生パネル１は、電圧が印加されて電界を発生する平面電極５、及び、平面電極５の表裏に設けられて平面電極５の全体を覆う一対の硬質塩化ビニル板９，１０が一体に設けられたパネル組立体３と、パネル組立体３の縁部３ａ，３ｂ等が挿入される凹部１８，１９等が設けられ、パネル組立体３の全周を囲むフレーム４と、パネル組立体３の表面側で縁部３ａ，３ｂ等と凹部１８，１９等との間に形成される隙間２２，２４等をシールするシーリング部２３と、パネル組立体３の裏面側で縁部３ａ，３ｂ等と凹部１８，１９等との間に形成される隙間２７，２９等をシールするシーリング部２８と、フレーム４に設けられ、設置場所に固定されたレール２に係合する係合部３３とを有する。【選択図】 図２
