Summary:To prevent a frequency of an output of an inverter unit from deviating from a resonance frequency of a non-contact power supply resonance load even if output control is performed, and improve tracking characteristics for a non-contact power supply resonance load having a varying resonance frequency.SOLUTION: A non-contact power supply inverter device that is a voltage inverter to be connected to a non-contact power supply resonance load and PWM-controlled, includes: an inverter unit connected to the non-contact power supply resonance load and driven by an inverted driving signal; and control means for controlling an operation of the inverter unit. The control means performs control so that a frequency of the inverter driving signal substantially matches the resonance frequencies by shifting the frequency of the inverter driving signal to the resonance frequency or near the resonance frequency after starting driving of the inverter unit using the frequency separated from the resonance frequency as a start point and using a pulse signal of a pulse width shorter than a period of the resonance frequency of the non-contact power supply resonance load as an inverted driving signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】出力制御を行っても、インバータ部の出力の周波数が非接触給電用共振負荷の共振周波数からずれることがなく、また、共振周波数が変動する非接触給電用共振負荷への追尾特性を改善する。【解決手段】非接触給電用共振負荷に接続してPWM制御される電圧形インバータである非接触給電用インバータ装置において、非接触給電用共振負荷に接続されてインバータ駆動信号により駆動されるインバータ部と、インバータ部の動作を制御する制御手段とを有し、制御手段は、非接触給電用共振負荷の共振周波数の周期より短いパルス幅のパルス信号をインバータ駆動信号として、共振周波数より離れた周波数を起点としてインバータ部の駆動を開始した後に、インバータ駆動信号の周波数を共振周波数または共振周波数近傍まで周波数シフトさせて、インバータ駆動信号の周波数が共振周波数と略一致するように制御する。【選択図】図4
