Abstract | To provide a vibration signal generation device, a vibration signal generation method, a program, and a storage medium capable of generating a vibration signal for causing vibration suitable for a moving picture from the photographed moving picture without increasing manufacturing working hours.SOLUTION: A vibration signal generation device includes: a moving picture acquisition part 101 for acquiring a visual field moving picture as a moving picture photographed from a moving body; a vibration acquisition part for acquiring vibration information regarding vibration of a moving body when a visual field moving picture is photographed on the basis of the visual field moving picture; and a vibration signal generation part that is disposed in a seat on which a user is seated and generates a vibration signal for vibrating a vibration device including at least one vibrator on the basis of vibration information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
