To provide pigment in a container allowing comfortable use by a user.SOLUTION: In a pigment 1 in a container, a container 2 has a tube 3 and a cap 4 fitted to the tube 3. The cap 4 has a body part 20 and a lid part 21, and is fitted to an opening forming part of the tube 3. The lid part 21 and the body part 20 are openably/closably connected via a hinge 22. The body part 20 has a projection 40, and a discharge port is opened at a tip of the projection 40.
