Summary:To provide a soil density testing method which is simpler in work than the conventional methods.SOLUTION: A soil density testing method digs partial soil of a test object and forms a hole, and takes out soil. The soil density testing method measures a mass of the taken out soil. When a volume of the hole is measured, a shape of the hole is determined by an optical non-contact measurement method. The soil density testing method collects measurement data of the hole by the optical non-contact measurement method (ST 151 and ST 152), acquires a hole shape of the soil from the measurement data (ST153), and calculates the volume of the hole from the acquired hole shape (ST154).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】従来法に比べて作業が簡単な土密度試験方法を提供する。【解決手段】試験対象の土の一部を掘って孔を形成するとともに土を取り出す。取り出した土の質量を測定する。孔の体積を計測するにあたっては、光学的非接触計測法によって孔の形状を求める。光学的非接触計測法によって孔の計測データを収集し（ＳＴ１５１，ＳＴ１５２）、計測データから土の孔形状を取得し（ＳＴ１５３）、取得した孔形状から孔の体積を算出する（ＳＴ１５４）。【選択図】図４
