Abstract To provide a technique for improving sealing performance in a laminated structure.SOLUTION: A laminated structure includes: a pair of members to be laminated; a seal member arranged between the pair of members; and a recessed unit formed on a surface facing the seal member that each of the pair of members owns. The recessed unit formed on each of the pair of members is arranged at a position facing each other with the seal member being interposed therebetween. The seal member is deformed by being sandwiched between the pair of members.
