Abstract | To provide a light source device for fiber optic gyroscope capable of improving the long-term stability of scale factor.SOLUTION: A light source device for fiber optic gyroscope comprises a wideband laser light source 10, a spectrum analyzer 20, and a feedback control section 30. The wideband laser light source 10 emits a laser beam having a wideband spectrum and low coherence. The spectrum analyzer 20 measures a weighted average wavelength weighted average at a relative amplitude of the laser beam of the wideband laser light source 10. The feedback control section 30 performs feedback control of the weighted average wavelength of the laser beam of the wideband laser light source 10 using the weighted average wavelength measured by the spectrum analyzer 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
