Abstract To solve a problem that large internal stress may remain in a recessed part of a rotary member after processing and cause damage of the rotary member when the internal stress remains.SOLUTION: A casing 52A serving as a rotary member which rotates with an input shaft of a non-stage transmission includes recessed parts 53 recessed from an outer surface to an inner surface. The recessed parts 53 are provided arranged in a circumferential direction of the casing 52A. The recessed part 53 has: a pair of first side surfaces 55 extending in the circumferential direction; a pair of second side surfaces 56 located adjacent to the first side surfaces 55; and a bottom surface 57 connected to the first side surfaces 55 and the second side surfaces 56.
