Abstract | To provide an aerosol type hair dye or decolorant composition having good spreadability under low temperature conditions and good stability under high temperature conditions.SOLUTION: There is provided an aerosol type hair dye or decolorant composition in which both a first agent and a second agent contain (A) a polyhydric alcohol, (B) one or more selected from a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of less than 12, a glyceryl fatty acid ester and an alkyl alkanol amide and (C) a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 12 or more and (D) the content of a higher alcohol having 16 to 22 carbon atoms is 2 mass% or less (including 0).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
