Abstract | To suitably suppress the deformation and damage of a side member by a reinforcing member.SOLUTION: An underrun protector extending in a vehicle width direction at one side of a vehicle in a fore-and-aft direction is fixed to a bracket lower part of an underrun protector bracket 10, and a bracket upper part 11 has a bracket first region 11A arranged at the other side in a vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and a bracket second region 11B arranged at one side in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction. The bracket first region 11A and the bracket second region 11B are fastened and fixed to a side member vertical plate part 6 from a vehicle width direction by at least one fastening member 36 and at least one second fastening member 37. A reinforcing vertical plate part 21 has a reinforcing first region 21A for sandwiching the side member vertical plate part 6 between the bracket first region 11A and the reinforcing first region. The bracket first region 11A, the side member vertical plate part 6 and the reinforcing first region 21A are co-fastened and fixed to one another by a first fastening member 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
