Abstract | To provide a cluster generation device, a cluster generation method and a cluster generation program capable of considering and analyzing, in addition to movement information of people, information of a spot where people visited, and performing analysis of people who visit a certain spot, people who visit a certain area and people who visit a plurality of spots, for grasping features thereof.SOLUTION: A cluster generation device comprises: a user information acquiring part for acquiring positional information of a plurality of users and time information; a cluster generating part for generating clusters being categories of the respective users on the basis of spots where the users visited, using the position information of the users; and a path generating part for generating a movement path, on the basis of a movement history between spots of the cluster, from time information and position information of users belonging to the cluster, for every cluster generated by the cluster generating part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
