Abstract | To provide a gel generation device capable of suppressing liquid to leak to the outside, a liquid pretreatment device, a gel storage unit, a dehydration device, a gel generation method, and a dehydration method.SOLUTION: There are included a first gel generation device that supplies part of liquid to be stored in a water-absorbent and generates a first gel by gelling the part of the liquid and the water-absorbent; and a second gel generation device that mixes the first gel derived from the first gel generation device with the rest of the liquid to generate a second gel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
