To provide a concrete secondary molding product capable of preventing damage in loading and installation, and a construction method of the concrete secondary molding product.SOLUTION: A sidewalk/carriage-way boundary block 1 is transported to a pavement construction site after molding, and is installed at the pavement construction site, and then is arranged to be adjacent to a cast-in-place pavement part. The sidewalk/carriage-way boundary block comprises cushioning parts 11 having flexibility, elasticity, and adhesiveness at upper edges of side faces 7 of apron parts 5 opposing to pavement parts 20 in molding.
