Abstract To provide a pile head treatment method for dismantling an extra-banking concrete of an on-site construction pile, which does not require the work of scraping the side surface of the on-site construction pile and prevents the generation of noise and vibration.SOLUTION: In a pile head treatment method, a refrigeration pipe 13 embedded in concrete in advance is frozen and expanded to generate a crack, and an extra banking concrete part 12 of an on-site construction pile 11 is removed using the cracked part as a boundary. The refrigeration pipe is fixed to a pile bar 14 or a fixing hoop 15 of the on-site construction pile via a fixing reinforcing bar 16, and raises a refrigerant pipe 17 for injecting low temperature liquefied gas into the refrigeration pipe above the extra banking concrete part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】現場造成杭の側面を斫り出す作業が無く、騒音や振動の発生を防止した、現場造成杭の余盛コンクリートを解体処理する杭頭処理工法を提供する。【解決手段】現場造成杭11の余盛コンクリート部分12を、予めコンクリート中に埋設させた冷凍管13を凍結膨張させてひび割れを発生させ、そのひび割れ部分を境にして撤去する杭頭処理工法であって、冷凍管は、現場造成杭の杭主筋14又は固定用フープ15に対して固定用鉄筋16を介して固定し、冷凍管に低温液化ガスを注入するための冷媒管17を余盛コンクリート部分の上部に立ち上げてある。【選択図】図1
