Abstract To provide an ophthalmologic observation system, an ophthalmologic observation method, and a program capable of searching for an image easily.SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic observation system includes an output unit and a control unit. The output unit outputs a user interface capable of inputting a search parameter related to an imaging condition on at least one of an illumination optical system and an imaging optical system when an image of an eye to be examined is captured.
