Abstract | To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition having adhesion to various members, especially good adhesive strength when formed into an adhesive by using a urethane(meth)acrylate-based compound obtained using a raw material derived from a plant.SOLUTION: There is provided an active energy ray-curable resin composition comprising a urethane (meth)acrylate-based compound (A) which is a reaction product of a polyol (a1), a polyvalent isocyanate (a2) and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate (a3), wherein the polyol (a1) is a polyol derived from castor oil having an average functional group number of 2.5 or less and the polyvalent isocyanate (a2) is a polyvalent isocyanate (a2) having an isocyanate group bonded to a primary carbon atom and an isocyanate group bonded to a secondary carbon atom.SELECTED DRAWING: None
