To provide a lifting device capable of stably raising and lowering an upper frame with respect to a lower frame, and a bed device comprising the same.SOLUTION: A lifting device 2 is provided with an interlocking unit for raising and lowering an upper frame 15 with respect to a lower frame 10 by interlocking a pair of link units provided apart from each other in a first direction.
