Abstract To provide a liquid quantitative discharge device capable of forming a thin potting layer of liquid in a fluidized or semi-fluidized state.SOLUTION: A liquid quantitative discharge device 1 for quantitatively discharging liquid comprises: a nozzle 6 having a discharge port 6a for discharging liquid in a fluidized or semi-fluidized state; a liquid chamber 50 feeding the liquid to the nozzle; a valve 9 reciprocatable to the nozzle in the liquid chamber; and a valve seat 10 disposed between the nozzle and the liquid chamber and having a through hole 10a communicating the nozzle and the liquid chamber.
