Abstract To provide a screen tube arranged with a protective member for forming water passing slits on the outer periphery of a tube body having through-holes, suppressed in positional displacement between the tube body and the protective member.SOLUTION: A screen tube 1 comprises a cylindrical tube body 10, multiple through-holes 11 penetrating through the tube body 10 outward and inward, a resin protective member 20 arranged along an outer periphery of the tube body 10, and water passing slits 27 formed of the protective member 20.
