Abstract | To improve boiling-up efficiency while suppressing concern about noise of a user and the like in a boiling-up operation.SOLUTION: A heat pump hot water supply device 1 includes: a heat pump unit 2 having a heat pump circuit including an air heat exchanger exchanging heat between air and a refrigerant, and heating water by the refrigerant, and a blower 8 for blowing the air to the air heat exchanger; a noise determination portion 51 for determining whether a situation of generation of noise by weather phenomenon at a time when the boiling-up operation is performed, exists or not; and a blower control portion 54 for controlling a rotating speed of the blower 8 in the boiling-up operation to a first rotating speed when the situation free from the generation of noise is determined by the noise determination portion 51, and controlling the rotating speed of the blower 8 to a second rotating speed higher than the first rotating speed when the situation of the generation of noise is determined by the noise determination portion 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
