Abstract | To provide a Raman microscope device with a fluorescence observation function without making the microscope more complicated and larger.SOLUTION: A fluorescence observation function is provided to a Raman microscope device with a dark field objective lens 2 attached thereto, by using a filter unit 1 including a frame body 12; a plurality of UV-LED elements 18 arranged around a window part 14 of the frame body 12, for emitting a UV light; and a long-pass filter 16 supported by the frame body 12 to close the window part 14 of the frame body 12, the filter transmitting light with a longer wavelength than that of the UV light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
