Summary:To solve the problem that there is a possibility that expected improvement effect of fuel economy may not be achieved even in a case of controlling a discharge pressure of an oil pump.SOLUTION: A controller controls a discharge pressure of an oil pump of an internal combustion engine. The controller sets a target discharge pressure of the oil pump. The target discharge pressure is set by the larger one out of first required oil pressure, which is the largest oil pressure of the oil pressure specified for each device that supplies oil, and second required oil pressure with which the friction loss of the internal combustion engine is minimized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】オイルポンプの吐出圧力を制御したとしても、期待した燃費の向上効果を得られない場合がある。【解決手段】制御装置は内燃機関のオイルポンプの吐出圧力を制御する。制御装置はオイルポンプの目標吐出圧力を設定する。目標吐出圧力は、オイルを供給するデバイス毎に定められている油圧のうち、最も大きな油圧の第1要求油圧及び、内燃機関の摩擦損失が最小になる油圧の第2要求油圧のうち大きい方の油圧で設定される。【選択図】図4
