M is at least one selected from the group consisting of Nb, Ta, W, Zr, Hf, Mo, Cr and Ti, and a part of M forms an oxide. When the concentration distribution of the elements contained in the soft magnetic alloy thin strip is measured from the surface of the soft magnetic alloy thin strip toward the inside in the thickness direction, the maximum point of the concentration of M forming at least one oxide is present in the region within 20 nm from the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】耐食性が高く磁気特性が良好な軟磁性合金薄帯を提供する。【解決手段】FeおよびMを含む軟磁性合金薄帯である。MはNb,Ta,W,Zr,Hf,Mo,CrおよびTiからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であってMの一部は酸化物を形成している。軟磁性合金薄帯の表面から厚み方向の内部に向かって軟磁性合金薄帯に含まれる元素の濃度分布を測定した場合に、少なくとも1種の酸化物を形成しているMの濃度の極大点が前記表面から20nm以内の領域に存在する。【選択図】図1
