Abstract To provide an automatic movement device between ship hatches of cargo handling machines that is inexpensive, highly reliable, possible to construct a system with a single cargo handling machine, and possible to lead to fully automatic driving in the future.SOLUTION: An automatic movement device includes: a detector 100 that is placed on a cargo handling machine and catches a hatch of a ship; a machine learning computer that accumulates data of the hatch captured by the detector 100 and repeats machine learning until the hatch can be recognized based on the data; and a control device 300 that controls an operation of the cargo handling machine, in which the machine learning computer 200 recognizes and determines whether hatch data captured by the detector 100 at the time during automatic movement between the hatches of the cargo handling machine, matches hatch data for moving the cargo handling machine, and outputs an automatic movement continuation command or an automatic movement stop command to the control device 300.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】安価で信頼性が高く且つ荷役機械単体でシステムを構築でき、今後の完全自動運転へつなげることができる荷役機械の船舶ハッチ間自動移動装置を提供する。【解決手段】荷役機械に配設され且つ船舶のハッチを捉える検出器100と、検出器100で捉えられたハッチのデータを蓄積し、データに基づきハッチを認識可能となるまで機械学習を繰り返す機械学習コンピュータと、荷役機械の運転操作を統括する制御装置300とを備え、機械学習コンピュータ200は、荷役機械のハッチ間における自動移動時、その時点において検出器100で捉えられたハッチのデータが、荷役機械を移動させるべきハッチのデータと合致するか否かを認識判定し、制御装置300へ自動移動継続指令又は自動移動停止指令を出力する。【選択図】図1
