Abstract | To provide a lens device capable of calculating a defocus conversion factor without increasing the storage capacity and calculation time.SOLUTION: A lens device (100) attachable to/detachable from an imaging apparatus (120), includes: an imaging optical system that has a transmittance distribution layer (105) rotationally symmetric with respect to the optical axis; storage means (118) that stores aperture information of the imaging optical system; and communication means (117) that transmits the aperture information to the imaging apparatus. The aperture information includes first aperture information relevant to the length of baseline of the imaging optical system that has the transmittance distribution layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
