A leg 2U applies an U-phase voltage VU2 to the phase coil 3U. Thereby, an U-phase voltage VU (=VU1-VU2) is applied to the phase coil 3U. A leg 1V applies a V-phase voltage VV1 to a phase coil 3V. A leg 2V applies an U-phase voltage VV2 to the phase coil 3V. Thereby, a V-phase voltage VV (=VV1-VV2) is applied to the phase coil 3V. A leg 1W applies a W-phase voltage VW1 to a phase coil 3W. A leg 2W applies a W-phase voltage VW2 to the phase coil 3W. Thereby, a W-phase voltage VW (=VW1-VW2) is applied to the phase coil 3W.
