Abstract | To provide a 3-phase PWM inverter driving method which can reduce heat generation and power attenuation.SOLUTION: A leg 1U applies an U-phase voltage VU1 to a phase coil 3U. A leg 2V applies an U-phase voltage VV2 to the phase coil 3V. Thereby, a V-phase voltage VV (=VV1-VV2) is applied to the phase coil 3V. A leg 1W applies a W-phase voltage VW1 to a phase coil 3W.
